At Existential hymns, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, and quality possible. Read more about the Shipping policy below:

1. Processing time.

- For premade orders: Orders typically ship within 5-8 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed and will arrive 4-8 days for it arrive at your destination or less.

-For pre-orders: The website will be up for 2-3 weeks or longer depending on sales and any issues that may need resolving after that the website or item will be closed. Orders will be shipped within 7-9 weeks or even more, depending on the number of orders we receive and the delays that we may encounter, We will update you regarding any delays or faculties. We want to ensure the highest quality for our pre-order items, which may require additional time for production and processing from our manufacturers but we ensure you will receive your items!!!

*PLEASE NOTE* that any unexpected things can happen with preorders and can cause the items to take longer than expected. we hope that you understand and will wait patiently.

2. Communication.

- We are committed to updating you on the status of your item(s) being shipped to you. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed!

3. International shipping.

- We currently only offer shipping within the United States. We are sorry for this inconvenience this causes to our international customers. Shortly, we will work on expanding our business internationally!

4. Shipping cost.

- Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and shipping destination. You will be able to see the cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

5. Order changes and cancellations.

- If you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order, be sure to contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations

6. Lost or Damaged items.

- In the rare occasion an item is damaged or lost during transit be sure to contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
